Internal Coaching Programs
Turnkey Process for Internal Coaching Programs
Coaching can be part of an organizational effort to build a system for ongoing learning and professional development from within. The process to set up an internal coaching program has three phases.
The first phase starts with an analysis of the organizational needs, potential coaches and specific needs along with an outline of how coaching will fit with other development programs.
The second phase is education and training with meetings and workshops scheduled for all participants.
The final phase is based on support for the internal coaches through a group coaching program and program refinement after initial outcomes are reported.
Train the Trainer for Internal Coaches
Coaching as a leadership tool goes beyond giving accurate feedback on performance and setting up workplace goals. Coaching at its best is about helping an employee meet long term performance excellence, be able to make self corrections and seek continual ways to improve and develop as individuals.
This program offers several paths to train qualified people to serve that role as coach for your own employees.
