A unique Leadership Development Plan is created based on assessment results linked to organizational and professional goals.
Part Two: Action Phase
Coaching focused on the actions steps that lead to successful accomplishment of goals and outcomes on a daily basis.
Part Three: Outcomes
At the completion of the coaching series, the leader will complete a self assessment on outcomes within the Individual Leadership Development Plan.
