About Gwen Pettit
I spent over 30 years working in healthcare as a physical therapist and manager. When I reached the top of my career as interim hospital CEO, I made a startling discovery. All of my medical expertise and clinical skills did not prepare me for the diverse set of communication skills required to run a hospital. I needed to make changes for myself quickly and effectively. That event was the beginning of personal transformation towards working in the field of coaching and organizational development.

Gwen holds degrees in Psychology and Health Science Education. Her coaching certificate and Masters in Organizational Development come from Fielding Graduate University. Gwen was the first woman elected to town council in Mt Crested Butte, CO and served as the Mayor for this dynamic mountain community. She currently lives in Gunnison Colorado and spends her free time enjoying all the outdoor adventures available by living in a mountain community.
